Personal Kanban 2 Go – Bus edition of my A3 Kanban at work.

I already use an A3 sheet for my Personal Kanban at work. Even if it’s portable it is not that handy to bring in on the bus every day.

Since a few days I have another Kanban for my private tasks. Still using The Pomodoro Technique to getting things done.

Ultra portable “Kanban 2 Go”

Hey! Works for me!

Interesting, your tickets appear to have individual task lists on them.

How does that work? What does an individual post-it represent?

Hi Jim.

The squares on the post-it are actually pomodoro estimates. Each square is 25 min focused work.

Oh, perhaps Jim thought the rows on the post-it is separate tasks... well...no.

Just the single task in a few words, multi lined. The post-it are really small ;)

Estimates (squares) have nothing to do with the rows of text/words. Estimate for whole task. Guess it looks like multi tasks with "done" check boxes.
